The dawn of the Sunshine Mile overlay district is upon us. With this change in our historic district come a number of opportunities for our local businesses to utilize.
This February, locals will have the opportunity to dialogue with representatives from both Rio Nuevo and the City of Tucson, who will present details about the overlay development to come. In addition, they will also provide information for how Sunshine Mile businesses can benefit from these changes. Parking reductions, pedestrian connectivity, and site relocation are all topics for discussion.
